Hey! My name is Trisha - I live, work and play in Prince Edward Island, Canada. I'm a Chef and Culinary Institute of Canada graduate. I cook for a living, and also spend most of my spare time in my home kitchen working on vegan recipes.
My little corner of the internet is mainly to share globally inspired recipes and the tips I've learned along the way. I want to help people along their plant based journey whether you are just getting started or have been at it for awhile. I'm passionate about cooking with whole foods and natural ingredients as much as possible. A vegan diet can seem a little overwhelming in the beginning. What will I eat!? You might ask yourself. Well, I've been cooking professionally for a decade and I promise, once you get a little practice under your belt you'll be whipping up food that will impress anyone regardless of their diet. Creating food that is DELICIOUS (and for the most part healthy) is my passion and I want to share just how easy it can be.
