There is no doubt about it, some of the most delicious meals can be pulled together from the staples we keep in our cupboards. The following recipes all use ingredients that I typically keep stocked in my own home. Some of them are enhanced or do require fresh ingredients too, but that is often how I decide what to make. If it's slim pickings in my fridge, I look at what fresh herbs or fruit / veg I might have left and then head to my cupboard to find ingredients to create a meal or recipe. All of these recipes are simple, flavourful & deceptively vegan.
