I'm Trisha - I live in Epekwitk (Prince Edward Island, Canada) on Mi’kmaq land. I'm a Chef and Culinary Institute of Canada graduate. I cook for a living in a busy restaurant, and spend time working on vegan recipes in my home kitchen, too.
