Hey! My name is Trisha - I currently live in Prince Edward Island, Canada. I'm a Chef and Culinary Institute of Canada graduate. I cook for a living, and also spend most of my spare time in my home kitchen working on vegan recipes.
My little corner of the internet is mainly to share globally inspired recipes and the tips I've learned along the way. I want to help people along their plant based journey whether you are just getting started or have been at it for awhile. I'm passionate about cooking with whole foods and natural ingredients as much as possible. A vegan diet can seem a little overwhelming in the beginning. What will I eat!? You might ask yourself. Well, I've been cooking professionally for a decade and I promise, once you get a little practice under your belt you'll be whipping up food that will impress anyone regardless of their diet. Creating food that is DELICIOUS (and for the most part healthy) is my passion and I want to share just how easy it can be.
A newer section of my blog that I am looking forward to expanding upon is "Vegan Travel & Writing, & Vegan Beauty" The love of my life lives in Spain, I took my first trip there recently, and he and I will bridge the gap when the stars align. You will find posts about finding vegan food abroad, recommendations on books & products, and my inner musings about life & love. Stay tuned, I'm excited to share with you. xo
Beyond my blog & food, my fav things include photography, being in nature, my Siberian Husky girl Neva, going to the gym or a jog outside, spirituality, coffee, & wellness. I'm also currently taking an online Spanish course which has become a big part of my life and something I really love. Buenos Dias!
