Hi, I’m Trisha! I create and share vegan recipes, writing, and photography across my blog, cheftrisha.ca, and my Substack, Root and Ritual. I’ve been cooking professionally since 2009 in Prince Edward Island, Canada, and I graduated from the Culinary Institute of Canada in 2013. Over the years, I’ve worked with brands and contributed writing to various articles. Starting January 2026, I’ll be taking a food and travel writing course at UBC to continue expanding my skills.
